Beginning his career in March of 2007, Del became the 4th generation in a long tradition of family members to work for Chase Fitzgerald & Company, Inc. By 2012 he had cemented himself as a top producer, earned his associate brokers license and served as the VP of Sales for the company. In late 2017, Chase Fitzgerald merged with O'Conor & Mooney, another independent and locally owned outfit to form what is now O'Conor, Mooney & Fitzgerald.
His primary area of focus lies in but is not limited to Roland Park, Homeland, Rodgers Forge, Towson, Federal Hill, Locust Point, Canton, Timonium and Cockeysville.
Originally from Roland Park, he attended grade school at Gilman where he has served on the Alumni Board since 2008. He served as President of the Alumni Board for the 2014-2015 school year as well as a three year term as a member of the Board of Trustees from 2013-2016. Del received his B.A. from The University of Maryland in 2004.
After college Del and and his wife Meghan resided in Federal Hill for several years. His time spent in South Baltimore gave him a deep appreciation and love for all things Charm City. Since then he has lived in Rodgers Forge and now the Ruxton area with their three children. His interests and hobbies include golf, running, live music, traveling, skiing and cooking.
Mentored by his mother and longtime Chase Fitzgerald exec Carol Schmidt Haigh, his cousin, the late Otts Davis, and his grandmother, Dorothy Ross, Del looks to continue the benchmark of service and professionalism that his great grandmother Dorothy L. Fitzgerald envisioned when she started her company over 80 years ago.
